Administrative Costs for Project Partners

Eurogia2030 Cluster Project Fee

Eurogia2030 is a non-profit organisation with the sole mission to boost R&D International Collaboration in the Low-Carbon Technologies field.

To sustain the association financially, Eurogia2030 charges Industrial Project Partners with a Project Fee.

Only “Running” projects are charged with the Project Fee.

The Project Fee amount is agreed with the other EurekaNetwork Clusters and approve by the EurekaNetwork. Any changes in the Project Fee rules should be approved by the EurekaNetwork bodies.

Project Fee Calculation and Invoicing

The Project Fee is charged only to Industrial Project partners (Industry and SMEs). Universities and Research Institutes are exempted.

The Eurogia Project Fee correspond to the 1.5% of the “Funded Budget” (portion of eligible budget received by Funding Agencies). Each partner will be liable for its quote of budget.

The total Project Fee amount is then divided by “Number of project years”. Each Year an equal portion of the Project Fee is charged to each industrial partner.

Project Fees are calculated on the basis of the ‘funded budget’ figure. This does not imply that invoicing is contingent upon the actual disbursement of funds by Funding Agencies. As funding release procedures differ across countries, linking invoices to actual disbursements would result in unnecessary complexity and inequity.
