UEDAŞ has a dedicated R&D Department actively engaged in more than 50 national projects and several international collaborations. At the European level, UEDAŞ is a beneficiary in five Horizon Europe projects – VPP4ISLANDS, MASTERPIECE, FLEXCHESS, DERISK, and ECHO – and is also a partner in EnergyShared, one of the first EUROGIA-funded projects in Türkiye.
