Sensors and biosensors plus instrumentation
I am Director of Medilink South West. I have extensive experience of working with businesses to develop biosensor and chemical sensing technologies for environmental monitoring and diagnostics. I have utilised by Clinical Biochemist background, (for 10 years, I was Head of the Special Chemical Pathology Laboratory at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London) to create and commercialise new biosensing and sensing modalities. In 2008, I founded the International Conference for Bio-Sensing Technology and remain Conference Chair. I am the editor in chief of the Elsevier journal, Sensors and Biosensors Research.
