Sustainable Energy Generating Reactors
Urban Mining Services (Pty) Ltd has invented a multifunctional reactor that could be utilised to produce renewable energy for hydrogen, hydrogen fuel cells and waste-to-energy processes. The reactor, called the App-A-actor has numerous renewable energy applications in the green and circular economy sectors, including:
- The App-A-actor being utilised in applications of hydrogen chemical for the production of H2: This instance uses the App-A-actor to produce hydrogen from H2SO4 + H2O and X solutions;
- The App-A-actor being used in the production of H2 from H2O: This instance the reactor will be utilised as an electrolysis machine for the production of H2 from contaminated water;
- The App-A-actor being utilised as a fermentation promoting machine: This instance the App-A-actor will be used to produce syngas out of organic waste as a biomass reactor;
-The App-A-actor being used as a fuel cell: This instance will see the App-actor being utilised as a fuel cell;
- The App-A-actor being used as a polymer processing machine for the production of biofuel: This instance will see the reactor being used to recycle plastic waste and convert it into sustainable fuels;
- The App-A-actor being utilised for carbon capture and storage machine: This instance sees the App-A-actor being used for sequestration and the production of renewable energy;
- etc;
- F4 Biomass
- I2 Fuel cells
- I4 Hydrogen storage
