AI-Driven Circular Energy Intelligence Platform for Industrial Decarbonization (ACE-IP)
The ACE-IP project aims to develop an AI-powered digital platform that accelerates industrial decarbonization by optimizing energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, and circular resource management. The project will combine Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Digital Twins, predictive analytics, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to support industries, industrial parks, municipalities, and energy operators in achieving carbon neutrality.
The platform will continuously collect real-time energy, emissions, and production data through smart sensors and IoT devices. AI algorithms will optimize energy consumption, predict equipment failures, improve renewable energy utilization, and recommend circular economy strategies such as waste heat recovery, industrial symbiosis, and resource reuse.
The project will also include Digital Twin technology to simulate industrial processes and evaluate different decarbonization scenarios before implementation, reducing investment risks and increasing operational efficiency. Blockchain-based traceability modules will ensure secure monitoring of renewable energy certificates and carbon reduction performance.
