EV Chargers Health Prognostic System
e-Litmus (e-litmus.com) is a technology project, active in the segment of E-Mobility, focused on enhancing the reliability and cost-efficiency of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure (DC fast chargers).
We develop predictive maintenance solutions tailored for Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and service companies. Our solution minimises maintenance expenses by leveraging our own Edge-AI compute module, Hardware sensors, advanced data analytics and cloud data processing.
The principle of our system is to track the dynamics of changes in various physical parameters. Certain combinations of events and trends are evidence of a decrease in the reliability of the charging station, or a signal that maintenance is needed.

Brief description of my Organisation
We are an early-stage startup with a mission to ensure achievement of high EV infrastructure uptime, reducing the OPEX. Our predictive maintenance solution offers a significant advantage over existing pure-software/cloud solutions that rely solely on OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) data. OCPP provides data related to charging sessions, identification, power consumption values, general status, etc., but it does not provide information about the charger's physical conditions, which is vital to understand the current operability of a charger.
We have built a PoC and have one installation in real infrastructure.
